Who will I be scheduled with?
The Nexus Group is comprised of many dedicated providers working collaboratively to provide the best care possible for our patients. Having a variety of providers with a vast array of expertise gives us the ability to customize our care and offer the right fit for each patient based on their specific needs!
Because our providers work in tandem with each other, you can be sure that you will receive the best care possible for your unique needs. However, you are not guaranteed to be scheduled with any one specific provider.
Scheduling is coordinated according to provider availability and each patient’s treatment needs.
When will I hear back?
Our providers and staff want to be sure you’re matched with the provider best suited for your particular needs. Reviewing your intake information and arranging scheduling can take 1-3 weeks.
If you have not heard from us after that time it is likely that we, unfortunately, are not able to accommodate you at this time. Due to the high volume of intake forms we receive daily we are not able to reach out to each patient individually when this happens, but feel free to contact us to inquire as to your status.
Legally we are not able to make specific referrals to other providers and we recommend, in this case, that you contact your insurance company for other treatment options.
Are there services you don't provide?

Custody Assessments
Legal Assessments
Neuropsych Testing
Drug and Alcohol Treatment
Workers Compensation Assessments
