Jennifer Demko is a board-certified nurse practitioner with dual certification in family medicine and psychiatric mental health and over 20 years of acute care nursing experience. She has experience in treating a variety of physical and mental health disorders across the lifespan including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders including intellectual disabilities, autism, and ADHD. Jennifer has dedicated herself to the study of nursing, completing her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Carlow University and her Post Master’s Certification in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at Wilkes University. Jennifer engages each patient in a partnership to collaborate and develop a treatment plan that aligns best with each patient’s lifestyle and values. She believes through patient centered care, education, pharmacological interventions, and alternative treatment methods, each patient can regain control toward being their best self. Jennifer is a passionate patient advocate and is committed to providing the highest quality of care. When not at work, Jennifer can be found spending time with her family or traveling nationally with her daughter’s volleyball team.
