Kayla received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Capella University. She has 10+ years working in healthcare organization has helped Kayla develop strong leadership skills while mentoring staff, advocating for patient’s needs, and the ability to properly assist with practice needs.

Kayla always strived to uphold the highest quality of care when working with patients. Kayla’s previous work experience in a fast-paced environment has given Kayla the opportunity to develop unique skills such as multitasking, strong communication, and team collaboration. Kayla can look outside of the box and self-educate on new techniques that she could then educate others that will help create a stronger practice. Having the opportunity to be a part of The Nexus Group has given Kayla the ability to utilize her management skills and provide a positive impact with mentoring, educating, and growth to not only our staff but for our practice as well. When Kayla is not working you will find her running from sport to sport being her children’s #1 fan!

Fun Fact: I have a Husky named Atlas. He sure does keep me busy.
